This event is a special day for women to retreat; by taking a guilt free break to focus on their very own self care and wellness needs. I'm Cay Carroll Kidd a licensed clinical professional counselor, sex and intimacy coach and BK boutique consultant. I've been a psychotherapist for 15+ years and in private practice over the past 7 years. I have noticed a common theme that overall most people struggle with executing self care for themselves; however, this has been a common theme I've seen especially with women of all ages. Women have several roles and tend to juggle many hats (family, work, etc.)leaving little room at times to nurture themselves. Therefore I created this event just for women to leave their routines behind and take some time to come out to this event to focus on and invest in their self care and wellness. This event will consists of mini spa and wellness services with licensed professionals. There will be some spa treatment services ticketed and some offered a la carte on site such as: express facials, chair massages, foot detox treatments, brow waxing/tint, lashes and more.... consults on hormone replacement therapy and education and resources on gynecological care from our Board Certified OBGYN. There will be education, tips, resources and activities on how to improve upon self care, nutrition, managing anxiety and stress, building self esteem/ self confidence and incorporating more self care into into your regular routine for mental, emotional, physical and spiritual growth etc. There will be wellness vendors, food vendors, cocktails, a raffle, games and prizes on site.
