Roofing Project manager Job Type (1099) Full time Part time Benefits Flexible schedule Company trucks available for use Full job description Follow up with prospective leads and schedule appointments Perform thorough roof inspections while recording and photographing Provide estimates and follow up with clients Manage projects from the beginning to completion while updating clients accordingly Coordinate final inspections with customer Update database with all details of the project Collect payment and submit to office in a timely manner upon job completion Ensure customer satisfaction at all times Door to door sales Guide homeowners through the process of insurance claims. Provide education on financing options available to clients. Qualifications Previous work experience in roofing or similar related role preferred but not necessary (be willing to attend training and industry certifications) Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and attentive. Great customer service skills Good time management and job management skills
