Dallas Pets Alive! & Community Beer Company are bringing back the PUP CRAWL! Do you love beer? Do you love dogs? It's time to bring back the Pup Crawl!Join us for our 8th Annual Pup Crawl on Saturday, April 30 from 1-5 p.m. With sponsorship by Community Beer Company and four Lower Greenville bars, these local businesses are helping us celebrate saving lives in North Texas. All proceeds from this event go to the medical care of our pets available for adoption. Check-in starts at noon at The Truck Yard. Your ticket gets you: • 4 drink tickets for a pint of Community beer to be redeemed at a participating bar during the event. • 1 awesome Pup Crawl t-shirt (size guaranteed when tickets purchased by noon CT on April 15th) Scroll down to check out the design! • A warm, fuzzy feeling for helping the homeless pets of DFW! We encourage participants to add a donation to your purchase for tips for the amazing bar staff. Let us take care of the tipping for you so you don't have to worry about carrying cash! Cheers, Your 2022 Dallas Pets Alive! Pup Crawl Committee Dallas Pets Alive is a mostly volunteer-run, foster-based, non-profit animal rescue based in North Texas. Our mission is to promote and provide the resources, education and programs needed to eliminate the killing of companion animals in North Texas. We take an innovative approach to animal rescue and believe in creating a paradigm shift in the way our community views animal rescue. Our goal is to one day make all of North Texas no-kill. www.dallaspetsalive.org FAQsAre there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? All crawlers must be 21+ and present a valid photo ID. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? The Pup Crawl is a community event that encourages responsible drinking by participants. When taking part in any events that involve drinking, always keep safety first. Don't drink and drive! Assign a designated driver at the beginning of the event, call an Uber or Lyft, or take the DART. If you choose to drive, paid street parking and paid lots are available around the Deep Ellum area. What can I bring into the event? Bring yourself! Bring your friends! Dogs are allowed, but space is very limited for dogs. Pets are only allowed on the outdoor patios of our participating bars. All dogs must be kept on a short leash (no retractable leashes, please) must be spayed/neutered and current on their vaccinations, and must get along with other dogs and humans - and please clean up after your pups! Keep an eye on the weather and if the conditions are not ideal for your dog to be outside for several hours, leave them at home! How do I tip the bartenders? Tips are encouraged, please bring cash with you to the event or you can prepay tips by filling out the gratuity section when purchasing your ticket (suggested donation $10 per Crawler!)
