Med Instead of Meds is a six-session class series focused on eating a healthy Mediterranean-style eating pattern.
Eating like those in the Mediterranean region has been shown to promote health and decrease risk of many chronic diseases. The Mediterranean-style eating pattern incorporates the basics of healthy eating that are traditionally practiced in countries that border the Mediterranean Sea.
This 6 part series will meet from 12-1pm on Wednesdays, May 4, 11 and 18 and June 1, 8 and 15. Call 336.753.6100 for questions. Bring your lunch and enjoy samples of Med Way recipes during class!
