Overview Learn how to decorate cookies with royal icing - for beginners. Overview Learn the art of cookie decorating with royal icing in this in-person class. Theme - Easter Curriculum Notes • This class is perfect for all skill levels. • I will discuss how to make cookie dough and best baking practices. • I will cover icing consistency. How to make them, when and how to use the different consistencies. • Basic decorating techniques will be taught such as outling, flooding, wet-on-wet, marbling and wet on dry. • You will receive a copy of icing and dough recipes. • You will decorate 5 cookie designs with me step-by-step. • All supplies used for class is provided. You will have the opportunity to purchase some supplies after class. • You will go home with your cookies, Class Handout packed with valuable information, resources, and goodie bag. • A link to video step-by-step instuctions will be provided so you can recreate the designs. *Registration is not complete until the class is paid in full. *Registration fees are non-refundable. *Minimum of 6 ppl must register for class by 4/6/22 to run. If minimum is not met, full refunds will be sent.
