Learn to make delicious charcuterie appetizers with Chef Allie Lanham, owner of The Hangry Lady! In this culinary class, Chef Allie Lanham will show you how to put together fantastic charcuterie-inspired appetizers. During the class, you will make baked Brie with fig butter, baguette, blackberries, rosemary and honeycomb. Attendees will also make a Burrata board with grilled peaches, cherry tomatoes, balsamic reduction, chili oil, basil and sourdough toast points! This will be held in the Kirkwood Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market. Visit the Shops in the Market before your class for your dinner needs! No outside food or drinks allowed.
