CGN Socials are events in which our guests travel to a venue to partake in a social activity and fully unplug from gaming, whether it’s kayaking at the whitewater center, hiking Crowders Mountain, or playing a fun game of paintball, these events are curated in a way to fully unplug our guests from video games and board games. These events will feature a myriad of different activities, all over town, with varying ranges of physical activity. Whether it’s a CGN Broadway night at the Blumenthal Theatre or going to a concert, we plan to showcase the many fun things to do around the Queen City with these events. For this edition of CGN Social we will be going to Charlotte's Off Broadway to watch She Kills Monsters! A comedic romp into the world of fantasy role-playing games, She Kills Monsters tells the story of Agnes Evans as she leaves her childhood home in Ohio following the death of her teenage sister, Tilly. When Agnes finds Tilly’s Dungeons & Dragons notebook, however, she stumbles into a journey of discovery and action-packed adventure in the imaginary world that was Tilly’s refuge.
