The meditation course is taught in 3 consecutive sessions lasting 90 minutes each day. On completion of the course, participants will have mastered the technique to practice anywhere, anytime. It is essential for all 3 sessions to be completed, as sequential knowledge is offered each day.
This style of meditation reduces stress, anxiety, and fatique, while generating deep rest in the mind and body, it's easy to learn and effortless to practice.
