Dawn Deck: executive director of Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC Upstate South Carolina) will tell the story about why she chose to create a planned gift that will continue to support the community beyond her lifetime.
Alan Tewkesbury: an attorney with Johnson Smith law firm, practicing in the areas of estate planning and probate, shares legal considerations for planning your legacy.
Virginia Wood: an estate planning attorney, assisting clients and families plan for incapacity and death by managing Powers of Attorney, living wills, wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts and related documentation, shares tools for managing the future.
Bill Strickland: tax attorney & CPA - will cover taxation, wills, trusts and estates, probate, and estate planning.
Format: Each panelist will share key points from their areas of expertise followed by question and answer time.
