Needing experienced sub contractor (JACK of ALL TRADES) - to perform general maintenance and repairs at several residential and retail properties. Duties will include "fixing stuff", (doors, windows, pipes etc), Mowing grass, weed eating, Hanging Drywall, tape and bedding, sanding, painting,doing basic plumbing repairs, basic carpentry, Janitorial duties such as moping floors cleaning windows, picking up materials and supplies, and other various general labor tasks as they come up. $120.00 PER DAY - (For full 8 hour day). * Looking for "Dependable Serious, Mature minded" and focused professional.
