Also, we will be recognizing two Hardin County General Hospital staff that have been champions for building SUD recovery supports. See flyer for details on continuing education credits. Topics: Risk Factors and Screenings for SUDs. Arrowleaf's RCORP progress update. Medication-Assisted Recovery and recovery support in local primary care clinics. Local recovery story and peer support roles in the community. Speakers: Jason West, MD is a family physician at SIH Primary Care in Harrisburg, has been providing MAR services since 2019, and serves as the physician lead in Addiction Medicine for SIH. Brent Van Ham, MS, RN, CDC, CADC, is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, specializing in Substance Use Disorder prevention, treatment and recovery. Alisha Foster, LCSW is Arrowleaf's Assistant Director of Community Resources & Prevention and certified in trauma care and co-occurring disorders. Melissa Smith is a person in recovery who is working towards her social work degree; and serves as Arrowleaf's RCORP Peer Recovery Coach.
