Neighbors of Military Hill in Pullman, how do you feel about a rock-crushing and excavating operation moving into your neighborhood near Kamiak Elementary? Landowner/ developer Steve Mader has resumed his proposal for a rock quarry within Pullman City limits in a residential zone the Military Hill neighborhood. The proposed site is very near Kamiak Elementary school and is on a slope which drains directly into the Palouse River.
