Need help setting up garden beds

We need help with the following tasks: 1) Add soil and set up the drip irrigation on (4) 3' x 7' x 12" garden beds. We will provide detailed instructions on how we want it set up. 2) Add soil and set up the drip irrigation on (5) garden pots, staple (4) trellis sheets to fence, and install (4) tomato cages All materials are already purchased, we just need help with setting up the garden beds. No plants are required.
