Your new Saturday morning ritual.. Roll out of bed, ecstatic dance, yoga flow, see sunrise with a group of groovy people :) Your Saturday mornings are about to get a little more interesting, a little more groovy, and a little more fun !! Join Be You Disco on the 1st Saturday of the month for a little sunrise ritual we like to call Early Bird Silent Disco. This is an ecstatic dance silent disco experience to start your day off right. Each week we will have a guest facilitator ranging from Yoga, Breathwork, Music, meditations followed by ecstatic dance! Come hang, start your day feeling amazing, and connect with your community. Schedule: 7:15 - 7:30 Check in 7:30 - 8:00 Guest Wellness Facilitator!! 8:00 - 8:45 Ecstatic Dance -- Move your body!! 8:45 -9:00 Closing Circle & Hangout and meet your fellow early birds! What to bring: Clothing that is easy to move in Bathing suit to take the plunge afterwards! Water or Other HydrationBlanket to sit onSunglasses (it will get pretty sunny towards the end)An open heartParking Free parking in the Beach Parking Lot . Use the most northern entrance by the volleyball courts to walk out onto the beach and you will see the Be You Disco Table ! Be You Disco Facilitators Carolina is the Founder of Be You Disco and is a Life Coach as well as expressive movement and embodiment guide obsessed with dance, movement, and wellness! She loves bridging the gap between creative expression and wellness and her mission is to create a container for people to tap into their creative flow and find their creative edge. Follow her @carolina.panoff Kev Ohm is a local singer/songwriter and vocal sound healer in West Palm Beach Florida. His music ranges from pop and acoustic to medicine music. He loves opening up spaces for communal music making what he likes to call "group loop." Sharing with others that we are all creators and creative. Follow him @kevohmlive.
