Hours: Various/20-30 hours per week (no nights or early mornings) Shifts are 4-8 hours depending on the day. Benefits : Periodic complimentary spa rentals and event tickets for employees. As we like to say, "You pick the setting, we bring the spa.®” PNW Mobile Spa provides hot tub and sauna rentals on demand to the greater Seattle area and beyond. Our spa packages can be rented for 48 hours up to one month and provide all necessary accessories for our customers to enjoy an elevated and luxurious spa from the comfort of their own backyard. Job Description: PNW Mobile Spa is a small local business looking for an active and self motivated individual to work on our quickly growing team. The Operations Lead will be expected to provide the best customer service while performing the following tasks: *Deliver and pick-up spa and sauna packages in a timely manner *Set-up spa packages consistent with company expectations and requirements *Tear down spa set ups *Wash and sanitize all rental equipment after use *Store equipment in an organized manner *Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members *Help host and set up health and wellness event/collaborations with other local businesses *Work guided spa pop-up events at breweries, tap houses, wineries, etc. This position will work in a small team of 2-3 people. On rare occasion and if qualified, this position may work solo. Opportunities to grow with our company will be available to motivated individuals including work from home projects. Training and probation period will be paid at $17.00 per hour for 2-3 weeks. Requirements: *Must have a fun and positive attitude *Must be able to lift 50 lbs and push/pull 75 lbs *Must be at least 17 years of age *Must be able to pass background check *Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required *Must be a legal resident of the United States *All employees must sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) Preferred qualifications: *Possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Extra pay while driving our box truck) *1-2 years of customer service experience
