In the interest of public health and safety and based on the recommendation of the CDC (and other local and state health authorities), our Gala hotel partner, the Hotel Capstone, and the College’s COVID-19 Taskforce, the College has made a number of adjustments to this event: • Guest tables will be separated apart with no more than eight (8) seats per table. • All attendees MUST provide results of a NEGATIVE COVID test taken 72 hours prior to the Gala. If results cannot be confirmed and updated within this required 72-hour time frame, a rapid COVID-19 test must be taken ONSITE and negative results received before a wristband will be issued for entry to the Gala Ceremony. • Guest wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn by authorized attendees. • Masks must be worn at all times, except when attendees are actively eating and drinking. • Result must be obtained before a wristband will be issued for entry to the Gala Ceremony.
