Reiki Level One Class in Chesterton, Indiana Reiki is a subtle and effective form of energy healing that channels spiritually guided life force energy, the energy which fills our whole universe and all living things. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on energy balancing system that induces a state of relaxation, peace and joy. The energy is guided through the hands of the practitioner into the body of the receiver to to aid in physical, mental & emotional release. This technique is popular for stress reduction and relaxation to promote healing from within. The Reiki attunement process is how one becomes a Reiki Practitioner. Level 1 is open to anyone* and there are no prerequisites. Being attuned to Reiki gives one the ability to tune into the Reiki (Universal Life Force) energy within the Usui Reiki tradition, for the purpose of healing themselves or a situation.
