Looking to adopt a dog

Hi, I have a cat who basically acts like a dog; likes to lick faces, loves people and attention, very lovey, playful and sweet who needs a friend. We just lost our 7 yo cat this week and it's been very difficult for ALL of us. I DO NOT want another cat so I'm asking for a dog with the same or similar qualities preferably a husky or corgi mix but I'm willing to compremise. Both me and my fiance are disabled so we can't afford a high price for a dog. Our apartment is big (950 sq ft) and rent is kind of high. The most we can do is 100$. We are home 90% of the time so we are able to give all the love they need. We have ESA (emotional support animal) papers so we are allowed to have any sized dog as long as it's not obviously a pittbull. We are looking for a dog that: - gets along with cats - is trained - no more than a year old
