Does any body know who the heck that girl is that's always around Northgate and other areas in NE Seattle I've seen her....biiiig crazy frilly getups on...singing and dancing up and down the sidewalks and bike paths...justa smiling, singing and dancing....who is dat? Can anybody tell us?
