BEVERLY, MA — There is a new taste of France on Cabot Street in Beverly. Delphine's Kitchen, a family cafe chock full of homemade crepes and gluten-free options, had its soft opening on Cabot Street late last week after months of remolding and anticipation. "Delphine's Kitchen is a small team supporting a family business that has been built from a love of sharing culture and heritage through yummy food," Gina Ferace, of Delphine's Kitchen, told Patch. "This not only helps us learn from one another but also creates a unique and welcoming environment for our guests." Ferace said the concept of Delphine's Kitching is "to provide space for all" in a comfortable setting and with a lot of menu variety and price ranges. The menu includes gluten-free scones, all-day carrot cake, sandwiches and salads both to go and eat in and its signature crepes. "We're excited to get to know our neighbors and begin seeing them as friends," Ferace said. " So far the support has been incredible and we love seeing the faces of many other small business owners coming in to get to know us. "We couldn't be happier to be part of the Beverly business family and look forward to greeting and feeding our community." Ferace said part of that commitment to the community is a strong belief in sustainability with all packaging and to-go containers compostable. "We hope to help continue to make Beverly more green with every bite," Ferace said. Delphine's Kitchen is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays.
