A workshop on improving your conditioning and strength using the Steel Mace (MACES will be provided) Beginners welcome.
The Steel Mace is based upon the Indian GADA a tool used to train athetetes especially wresters. In this workshop you will learn about mace mechanics, key landmarks, and stance, switches and some flows. Mace training is fun, can be adapted to all levels is an excellent way to get a full body workout, and a peaceful mind. No experience is necessary and we will provide the mace, but space is limited to 10 participants.
