Construction Project Manager We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Project Manager with extensive knowledge of new construction buildings (2 to 5 stories High, multi-families, warehouses, etc.) both residential but mostly commercial. It is the direct responsibility of the project manager to oversee multiple awarded projects from Award to Completion in an organized and timely fashion. Should be able to handle: 1. Reviewing multiple Bids and Making Sub-Awards 2. Enforcing construction contracts and scopes of work with Sub-contractors 3. Oversee Multiple projects in close proximity 4. Material Ordering 5. Assist to collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project 6. Equipment Management 7. Project scheduling 8. Oversight and Safety 9. Financial accountability 10. Buyouts 11. Sub-contractors Management 12. Inspections Management 13. Quality Control 14. Work in a fast-paced environment 15. Multi-task effectively 16. Maintain attention to detail 17. Report weekly and be accountable The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
