Press release from City School District of Albany: March 31, 2022 All City School District of Albany schools and offices will be closed Friday, April 15 and Friday, May 27 to account for unused snow/emergency days in the district calendar. The planned recess days April 15 and May 27 are contingent on any need to use snow/emergency days between now and then. If an emergency closing is necessary before April 15, that Friday will become a regular day of school. If another emergency closing is necessary before May 27, that Friday also would become a regular day of school. The district has used one snow day so far this school year, on Feb. 4. This means that Tuesday, May 31 will be a regular day of school. Also, a reminder that all schools will be closed April 18-22 for spring recess.
