No Weekend Warriors (sorry). Attitude over skill (no beginners-sorry) Transportation & Gear required. Guitarist looking to start a Doom Psych project. Sabbath meets Sleep / Electric Wizard / Acid King meets King Crimson meets Krautrock meets Godspeed You Black Emperor… Slow heavy repetitive riffs and drones with bursts of Sabbath style riffs etc … add elements of 60’s -70’s Psych Folk (occasional Flute solo!!! Ala Bardo Pond). I want to incorporate Vintage Synths and Organs ( I have old Moogs and Farfisa’s etc). The idea is the create an ensemble similar to the band Godspeed You Black Emperor. We will Record, Release, Perform and God willing tour. I ask that serious likeminded people only reply. I want to get to work. Text first - I receive to many spam calls that I don’t usually pickup if I don’t recognize the number. Right now I’m looking for: Drummer (cool to have 2 drummers) Bass Player 2nd Guitarist (Riffs over shred) Synth / Organ Multi Instrumentalist (viola / violin etc) Vocals - To be picked later. *** incorporating instruments like viola - Cello etc will be done sparingly and in a raw organic fashion.
