I work for the worlds largest custom clothing company and personally run a $2 million dollar business amongst my clients here in the greater Denver Area. My name is Tate and I am promptly looking for a full-time in office assistant to take care of the back end aspects of my business. I move at a fast pace, seeing roughly 5-7 clients a day, all over town. I work for very busy, successful professionals (over 300) in the area who have high standards and expectations. I need someone behind the scenes who I can count on to take care of tasks that I simply do not have time to take care of myself. FULL BENEFITS AVAILABLE. Opportunity for MONTHLY BONUSES as well! I am looking for someone who embodies the following qualities: - Dependable - Professional - Organized - Communicative - A fast learner - Self-sufficient - Prompt/timely - Desires longevity in a position - Have a postive & enthusiastic attitude - Focused - Goal-oriented Here are the main tasks I am needing through the person I hire: - Keeping inventory of my clients clothing arrivals/shipments - Prepping clothing for delivery - Having check-ins/communications with our factories regarding orders/timelines - Entering referrals into our CRM - Sending emails to clients on my behalf if need be - Picking up/dropping off items at clients homes/offices (might interact with clients) - Dropping off/picking up dry cleaning - Conduct manual order entry/make changes to orders if requested - Handling shipments of garments to clients - Updating client information in our CRM if needed - Picking up/dropping off clients clothing at my home if needed - Issuing alterations of clients clothing when needed - Issuing of returns/exchanges of items if needed Please respond to this posting ONLY if you feel that you're a good fit for a position. I will need someone in our office in DTC Monday-Friday (with the exception of major holidays and other personal plans ex. birthday, trips, emergencies, etc.). It is important that the person I hire for this position is in it with the intention of a longer-term relationship. I cannot hire someone who is constantly looking in other directions for work. I am looking for this person to be my backbone, my right hand man/woman.
