NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Dany Michaud, 28, of Briggs Road in Mason on two felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charges. He was accused by police of driving on Pepperell Road in Brookline on Sept. 27, 2021, and on Pine Hill Road in Hollis on Nov. 7, 2021. Savannah Mills, 23, of Ash Street in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methadone and clorazepate, charges on Dec. 19, and Dec. 27, 2021, in Nashua. Lindsey M. Miron, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 12, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Miron was convicted on acts prohibited in September 2021 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Spencer Morse, 23, of Daw Street in Hudson on a felony first-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused by police of stabbing a relative in the leg on Nov. 5, 2021, in Nashua. John Nye, 53, of Digital Drive in Nashua on two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused by police of raping another person on July 14, 2021, in Brookline. Paul O'Connor, 25, of Southwood Drive in Nashua on a penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused by Hudson police of failing to register on Oct. 1, 2021. O'Connor was convicted on a rape charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in 2012. Manuel J. Ortiz, 57, of Harrison Avenue in Roxbury, Massachusetts, on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of uttering a forged check from Cabella Food Corporation for $2,866.13 at Citizens Bank in Nashua on May 24, 2018. Gregory Pelletier, 28, of Broadview Avenue in Nashua on a felony driving after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused by police of driving on Robinson Road in Nashua on Nov. 24, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, Pelletier was convicted of disobeying an officer in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in November 2016. Miguel Perry, 29, of Canal Street in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of possessing the drug and removed it from his person to impair an investigation on Aug. 10, 2021, in Nashua. Ryan Pierce, 38, of Little Road in Ayer, MA, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, methadone, and crack cocaine, charges on April 4, 2021, in Brookline. Denisse Matul-Pojoy, 30, of Cannongate Road in Tyngsboro, MA, on a felony identity fraud charge. She was accused of using the Social Security number of another person to open a Chase bank account on Jan. 5 in Nashua.
