This is Dixie the perfect family guard dog. She’s just about the sweetest most affectionist dog I’ve ever known and she will let everyone within a block Know that they need her permission to enter the yard. But if they are our friends, she loves them too. However, our neighbor across from us got a female husky about a year ago and it’s like Friday night fights if they get near each other. The two alpha females cannot stand each other. We’ve tried literally everything we can to help them like each other but it doesn’t work. Both of us keep our dogs on an electronic fence collar but they will run right through it when they see each other. Anyway, we unfortunately need to find Dixie a new home.
