On The Rocks Bar Fight: Warrant Issued For Joliet Man

JOLIET, IL— A Will County judge on Thursday issued a warrant for the felony arrest of Johnny Ray Latham, a 41-year-old Joliet man accused of attacking someone at On The Rocks, a Joliet bar at 1500 Essington Road. Will County prosecutors charged Latham with aggravated battery. According to the criminal complaint submitted by Joliet Police Detective Don McKinney, Latham punched a man in the head at On The Rocks, on March 22. According to prosecutors, Latham had no justification to cause bodily harm to the man he attacked at the Joliet bar on Essington Road. Will County Judge Brian Barrett issued Thursday's warrant for Latham's arrest and bail was set at $10,000. Latham resides is the 3900 block of Joliet's Reserve Lane. He also has a tattoo of a pit bull on his chest, the warrant for his arrest noted. The Will County Warrants website lists this mugshot of Johnny Ray Latham.
