Description
Rehoming. 6 year old female Saint Bernard.
It is extremely hard for us to do this but we have to consider her best possible life. We are in the unfortunate situation where we have to find a new home for our girl “Arya“.
Arya is extremely affectionate, loving dog. Great with children. Fairly well behaved though she does get excited, especially when meeting new people. Arya is potty trained and crate trained (if need be). Recently our 8 yr. old daughter’s therapy schedule has changed and it has become extremely difficult to give her the attention that she craves. Arya does not get along with our elderly female dog in the house and between needing to keep the two separated, the long hours with our daughters daily medical needs, and still being full time working parents she is often left out. We can’t stand to watch her slowly becoming bored and I fear depressed. I just know someone out there is looking for the constant companion she’s meant to be.
Arya is spayed, rough coat Saint Bernard with the cutest freckles. She loves, and I mean LOVES water. So if you have a pool she’ll likely be your swimming buddy. She also enjoys hiking and before all of these major changes to our life we often took her hiking up to Mary Jane Falls in Mt Charleston (weather permitting for a St. Bernard of course). We would prefer her to be the only dog in the home, though I wouldn’t say eventually she couldn’t have new friends in the home. She does love puppies. If your interested in meeting Arya, or have any questions please reach out through email. Rehoming fee will apply to ensure she goes to a committed home. Thank you 🙏🏻
