OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING Opening: Maintenance Technician City: Anchorage, AK WHO THEY ARE: An American multinational hospitality company that has been around for over 100 years. They manage and franchise a wide range of hotels and resorts all around the world. WHAT YOU’LL DO: They are looking for a maintenance technician to take care of the local building here in Anchorage, Alaska. • Maintain all building-related systems to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates, and vendors. • Perform preventative maintenance programs and procedures in guest rooms. • Complete work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, etc., to maintain the hotel. • Respond in a courteous manner to all radio calls, guest questions, complaints, and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction. • Assist in checking and making routine repairs throughout the hotel. • Service the hotel's pool, including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters. • Refurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors windows and counters. Paint and finish furniture and fixtures if needed.
