Mobilehome Park located in Atascadero is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities include assisting in a wide variety of maintenance activities and addressing immediate operational and/or safety concerns. Will work under the direct supervision of the Onsite Manager. Some Job duties include: • Read meters • Unlock and lock facilities • Clean buildings and ground areas • Regular inspection of all streets and walkways for trip and fall hazards • Clean park owned spaces • Prepare written material for the purpose of documenting activities and/or conveying information • Pick up trash in streets and walkways on a daily basis • Respond to emergency situations during and after hours to solve immediate safety concerns • Clean common area facilities including the clubhouse, restrooms, playground area and laundry facility. • Inspect street lights on a weekly basis • Inspect all block walls, fences and gates on a regular basis • Remove all graffiti as soon as it happens • Assist in special projects as needed Skills required: • Positive interpersonal and team building skills • Excellent listening and comprehension • Good oral communication • Analytical and problem-solving • High attention to detail • Time management skills • General maintenance skills • Maintenance and repair experience in a Mobilehome park or apartment setting is a plus!
