I need a reliable car

Hi everyone! I was in an accident recently and my car was totalled. I have health issues and see Drs for different things including pain management and anti inflammatory shots for my arthritis and DDD and have to go at least 3/4 times a week. I am on Medicaid and can get rides Thru my insurance but half the time they don’t show to pick me up or I am left waiting for hours on the street after the dr has closed waiting for them to send me a car for pick up. I have waited over 5 hours in the cold outside my dr office or in the lobby for a car to arrive after repeated calls to Modivcare for pick up. I am unable to sit or stand for long periods of time and it’s really taking a toll on me. Does anyone have an old Mechanically sound car they are willing to part with. I can’t afford car payments, I am partially disabled and on a fixed income but I have to be able to run errands and get to my Dr appointments to manage my chronic pain. I can of course verify all of this Thru my Drs and I’m not trying to run a scam. I just can’t afford a new car or one from a used car lot right now as they are almost the same price as a new one. So if anyone has a good running car they are willing to part with for cheap please it would really be a blessing.
