Hello, I am a student at WCTC in the dental hygiene program. I'm trying to find the rest of my remaining requirements for the semester. I have patients cancel far too often and have had another cancellation for this coming Monday. I'm trying to find someone able to come in Monday 04/04/2022 at 12:30 or 1:00pm for a screening which will take about an hour long and is free! This will take place at the WCTC Waukesha campus at 327 e broadway waukesha wi 53186. If you require a pre-med, we unfortunately won't be able to do a screening. It's best for me if you have not been to the dentist in a few years or more. I will also need a medical history form to be completed online prior to the appointment. If you would fit a remaining requirement we could continue with treatment if you are interested. I can pay you $20 if you fill out the medical history form and show up for the screening on Monday.
