Auto mechanic needed for busy used car dealer to diagnose and repair issues with inventory and existing customers' vehicles. No shortage of work available - you will not have idle time. Heavy lifting required. Candidate must have minimum of 4-5 years of broad experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles in a professional capacity and have experience/knowledge of domestic and foreign vehicles. ASE Certification preferred. Other requirements: - honest, reliable, trustworthy and positive, helpful attitude - hardworking at a fast but careful pace - unrestricted GA drivers license and clean 3 year driving record (required by insurance) - no drugs/alcohol - must be able to drive manual transmission - ASE certified preferred Examples of expected repairs to perform: air conditioning including use of AC machine, suspension, brakes, oil change, electrical repairs, replacement of radiator, alternator, and other various parts - basically anything and everything, including engine and transmission replacements for some techs. We do everything needed to get a car ready for sale and issues that come up after sale. It is very important to be detail-oriented to find all issues.
