From the City of Shreveport: October 9, 2020 The City of Shreveport, Department of Community Development is seeking Statement of Qualification (SOQ) from non-profit agencies to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) among individuals and families who are homeless or receiving homeless assistance, and to support additional homeless assistance and homelessness prevention activities to mitigate the impact of COVID-19. This is not a funding proposal. The SOQ will be used as a screening tool to establish a pool of nonprofit organizations that are qualified and eligible to submit responses to a Letter of Interest (LOI) regarding the ESG-CV program funding.
