All buildings and grounds are in show condition, requiring a strong attention to detail to not only maintain but improve the look, condition and function of the grounds. Equipment is all newer and state of the art, including excavator, tractors, side by sides, ATVs and handheld equipment/tools. Exciting and rewarding position for the right candidate. Must have the ability to follow lists and work without constant supervision, able to lift up to 50lbs, have high attention to detail and general landscape/handyperson knowledge.
