Description

Metro Metals is looking for Material Handlers/Pickers for their Non-Ferrous operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to helping customers unload and weigh scrap, placing the scrap in the proper bins, sorting scrap brought in from other areas and keeping the facility clean. Material may be moved throughout the entire facility from retail receiving to help on any of the baling machines. Knowledge and skills required to perform duties: • Material knowledge • Material orientation We are looking for people with the following personality traits: • Team players, must work well with others • You must be Patient • A Professional attitude is required • Trustworthy • Dependable • Good communication skills Hours • 8-hour work shift that may start at 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM • Some Saturdays required: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM • Overtime as needed Metro Metals Northwest, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
