Construction business in constant growth is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for general maintenance of tools and equipment, delivery of materials to job site and other essential duties of a construction shop. Our company focuses on cladding installation from aluminum composite, metal, wood, fiber cement, and others. We also do window installation and other components related to the exterior envelope of buildings. We are looking for a trustworthy and dependable person who would like to grow with us! Job Duties/Requirements:
o Picking up and delivering material to/from jobsites and the shop. A clean driving record REQUIRED.
o Receiving shipments of all sizes. We require you to be forklift certified and to be able to carry 80-100+ lbs safely
o Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
o General construction knowledge
o Basic car maintenance
o Bilingual in Spanish
