Finish Shop I Position ** EVENING SHIFTS 3:30 PM to 12:00AM ** Join our team and learn a trade with growth opportunities available. We are looking for a reliable entry-level team member for a custom wood finishing factory of wood flooring. No finish experience needed- willing to train the right person. POSITION OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE: To work closely with the Finish Shop Supervisor and ensure all company policies are being followed. To ensure quality control and attention to detail on the production line. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • 2 yrs. experience working with hands or in construction. • Keen attention to detail and concern for work product. • Follow strict safety requirements; quality control methods procedures. • Feeding finish line and attention to production time • Must be able to lift 60 lbs • Standing for a full shift • PERFORMS ANY OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED Shifts Monday - Friday: 3:30 pm to 12:00 am Full-Time Position
