Description

Responsibilities: • Ability to take direction and assist HVAC Mechanics with installation of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems • Support HVAC Mechanics with inspection and equipment repairs/replacements • Help perform routine preventative maintenance • Troubleshoot, resolve, and repair all HVAC issues that arise with equipment functionality • Work with 2-3 HVAC Mechanics/Technicians daily • Help service and adjust equipment to the manufacturer’s specifications • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures • Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields • Familiarity with HVAC diagrams a plus but not required Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience helping with HVAC installations and/or HVAC equipment replacement • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Be customer service oriented • Have superior interpersonal skills and strive to provide the highest level of service • Ability to be flexible in work schedule • Ability to work on Saturday's as assigned • Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for majority of the day • Must have driver's license in good standing • Must be able to work as part of a team Company Perks: • Collaborative team environment • Paid holidays and vacation time • Ability to drive company vehicle • Referral bonuses
