I am looking for part-time help with cleaning and organizing, 4-8 hours per week. It is a smallish 3-bedroom condo; I would like help with general cleanup, 1-2 hours twice a week, and a complete clean once a week. The ideal schedule would be Mon, Wed and Fri, early mornings (7am), late afternoons (after 4pm) or even early evenings. NO CLEANING SERVICES PLEASE. I have a bedroom available for a single person who would like to exchange part of your rent in return for a comfortable place to live. The rent is usually $1,100 and we could do an exchange for hours worked. In addition to professional references, you will need to provide rental references and agree to a background check if you want to live-in. Persons with disabilities are welcome to apply but please note that there are a lot of stairs involved. There are 13 steps up to my front door from your parking spot, and it is a 2-story condo with another 12 or 13 steps to the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Thank You!
