Full Job Description Responsibilities** Crew members are responsible for performing landscape maintenance on commercial properties as directed by Field Managers. Hours are typically 40-45 per week. Responsibilities Ability to operate various mowing and finishing equipment, performing labor functions, mulching, installation, etc. Qualifications Ideal candidates will have previous industry experience, a willingness to deliver quality workmanship, and a strong work ethic Must be able to lift 50lbs routinely. Honest, dependable, reliable, has a positive attitude and is cooperative Takes care of equipment and tools, is self-motivated, has a desire to learn and improve Has pride in his/her work Adheres to, and supports, company policies and seeks to grow with the company Ruppert Landscape is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
