Description

We seek a Custodian who is experienced and will uphold the health and safety of our School by ensuring proper building upkeep for the security and the safety of our staff and students. Responsibilities include activity set ups and breakdowns, grounds keeping and building maintenance - replacing light fixtures and ballasts, doors, locks, installing air filters, in addition to regular custodial duties of classroom and restroom cleaning, floor scrubbing, laying finish, conducting fire inspection, building assessments, work orders and dealing with vendors. etc. We seek a happy and responsible individual with a satisfaction for a job done well.
