INDEPENDENT PAINT TECHNICIANS ONLY! ***WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR COMPANIES!*** Growing company in search of Experienced Paint Technicians for FULL-TIME long term work. Paint Helper Welcome $15.00 Company Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm ***QUALIFICATIONS*** - Apply flat, Semi-Gloss and oil paints by roller. - Paint sprayer experience a plus. - Frame for new drywall, small and larger repairs. - Repair and refinish drywall. - Repair/Finish plaster walls. - Carpentry; install interior doors and trim. - Able to install ceramic shower tile/floors is a plus. - Basic Apartment Maintenance. - Ceramic Tile Install/Repair - Ability to understanding instructions in written and oral form. - Ability to lift and carry objects, and climb for repairs, use ladders and perform various types of manual labor. - Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions.
