I imagine that there are at least a couple women still checking out craigslist hoping that the entire thing has not become a shit show. And there are decent enough guys trying to post the occasional wish to find these women. But there seems to be a fairy god ogre that shuts down any decent inquiry into the void so that all there is left is the dregs and scum to sift through.
