General Handyman Needed

My company flips houses into rental properties. I am looking for a general handyman. Maybe 5-6 times a month I would contact you with a small scope of work list and a budget. You would go to Home Depot using the pro desk and purchase material you will need from that budget. Using this number pulls from the budget you were given. Then you would go to the home and access the lockbox, do the repairs and send pictures. The house then goes on the market and exactly 7 days later, you get paid the remainder of the budget. Example, I have a house currently with a $3,00 budget. The handyman spent $1,000 on materials and 7 days from him completing the installation and fixes. He will receive the remaining $2,000. His repairs included (Installing 2 new sets of window blinds, touching up small amounts of paint, removing a regular outlet plug and replacing with GFCI, changing out 2 toilet seats, changing 2 doorknobs, re-caulking the bathtub, replacing the air filter, slight drywall repair) Please do not contact if any of this is outside your skill as these are normal for most turns.
