1/yo male cat in need of new home!

I can no longer keep him as I recently found out my brother is allergic. He is a year old (Or so I was told.) He is very timid, but can be quite affectionate from time to time once he warms up to you. He is not aggressive whatsoever, and does well with dogs/other cats. He won’t throw too much of a fit when it comes to baths, also is litter trained! He is not neutered, unfortunately I never got the chance too. I’ve only had him for awhile before having to re-home him. He goes by Mouse, small rehoming fee to ensure he’s going to a good home. (I will provide small scratching post, litter box, and his favorite toys)
