We attribute our success to the effective working partnerships we create with both clients and staff Your Responsibilities Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a full-time Maintenance Superintendent to support our Rhode Island/South Shore MA portfolio. This portfolio currently includes three residential properties located in Lincoln RI, East Greenwich RI, and Hanson MA. This person will be hands-on supervising a team of maintenance professionals. The Superintendent will schedule and ensure completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and building inspections with an ability to see every job through to completion. This person will use their skills and knowledge in multiple trades to participate in the maintenance of these properties while training, working with, and motivating a staff of maintenance professionals. The work hours are 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. Your Qualifications The successful candidate will have experience with general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. This position will also require excellent written and verbal communication with coworkers, contractors, and residents. This position will include participation in the emergency on-call rotation. A driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required. Computer literacy is required. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
