The National Real Estate Institute is offering a two-week training course in property management. This course explores daily issues facing practitioners. It's an excellent course for those who are looking for more information on managing their own investment properties or looking to get into property management. This course also meets the Broker Licensing educational requirement for the 30 hour pre-license elective in lieu of 20 transactions. All classes are virtual through Zoom from 9am to 5pm Tuesday, April 26 Thursday, April 28 Tuesday, May 3 Thursday, May 5 Course Tuition Fee $540.00 Pre-registration is required.
