I couldn't reply to your post so I'll post one in response. And I do apologize if I don't get all the details from your post right but... it was long. Would your wife be open to you being with someone else? I fully believe in open relationships. Each individual makes their own choices with like minds, communication, and mutual respect, do you think it would be at all plausible? I realize this isn't for everyone, just throwing it out there.
